Let us look beyond our 5 health and 5 wealth goals to live healthier and wealthier. Although working smart/hard, getting/keeping out of debt, saving, investing, giving, resting, eating God's meal plan, destressing, cleansing, and healing all are very important, we need an important characteristic to help us reach great health and wealth. That characteristic is…keeping promises.
When I think of a promise keeper, I think about the best example- God. The Bible says God is a promise keeper. It says God never fails (Joshua 21:45). God keeps His word and never lies (Numbers 23:19). God sees our needs; God hears our cries; God delivers on His Word (Psalm 91:15). God never sleeps (Psalm 121:3-4). God is always faithful (2 Timothy 2:13). So, if we are considering being a promise keeper, we must consider the following three things:
Scriptures Inspired by Today’s Reading: Joshua 21:45, Numbers 23:19, Psalm 91:15, Psalm 121:3-4, 2 Timothy 2:13, Matthew 12:37, Luke 14:28, Matthew 5:37
