  • Get Your Journal
  • Get in Quiet Space
  • Write or Say Your Gratitude List
  • Write your S.M.A.R.T. goals for resting, eating, cleansing, de-stressing and healing
  • Write your S.M.A.R.T. goals for working, lending, saving, investing and giving
  • Remember to each goal should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound as well as lines up with the word of God!
